Dear HostDare Family,
This issue is resolved, all customers have been given new IPs. Please check your vps account for new IP details . Also Stop and start the VPS (do not reboot) , if your new IP does not work .
We are experiencing partial outage on our Cheap SSD, NVMe network (JSSD, CSSD, CKVM and BGSSD are NOT affected).
The reason is that our datacenter provider QuadraNET has reclaimed a few IPv4 ranges which they were leasing to us overnight (06 January Los Angeles evening) with no notice.
We are still examining the impact and collecting more details.
So far, according to our own preliminary investigation affected ranges seem to be:
69.12.82.XXX
69.12.81.XXx
173.254.236.XXX
216.144.236.XXX - used by our shared hosting (we will issue a replacement IP shortly and contact you separately)
If your VPS has an IP within these ranges, please open a ticket to get a replacement IP. Your VPS data is unaffected.
Please understand, that we will be flooded with replacement requests, so our response time may be delayed a bit. We will process the changes as soon as we can.
We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause you and by assigning IPs from our own ranges we will prevent this from happening in the future.
Warm Regards,
HostDare Team
