This issue is resolved and network should be accessible now
We are currently experiencing network disruptions due to a suspected hardware failure in one of our switches. The device appears to be non-functional, resulting in intermittent connectivity issues.
An engineer has been dispatched to replace the faulty switch. Some downtime is expected during the replacement and while we rebuild the network configuration.
Please note that due to it being Sunday, staff availability is limited, which may affect the resolution time. As of now, there is no estimated time for service restoration.
Replacement and Resetup time is 7PM PST , Sunday
The issue is isolated only to normal, non-Chinese-optimized network in Los Angeles location.
Please note this does NOT affect CSSD/CKVM/JSSD/BGSSD/NKVM services.
