Over the past few years, our operating costs have increased significantly. Power rates in data centers have risen, hardware costs—especially for RAM, NVMe, and SSD storage—have increased sharply, and everyday operational expenses such as rack space, electricity, bandwidth, and staffing have all gone up. In addition, overall inflation in the U.S. has added further pressure.
Altogether, our costs today are more than two to three times higher than they were just a few years ago.
Since our inception in 2015, we have never increased our pricing. Until now, we’ve absorbed these rising costs ourselves in order to continue providing affordable and reliable services to our customers.
However, to keep our services stable and sustainable for the long term, we have made a small pricing adjustment of 1–5% on selected VPS plans .
We’ve worked hard to keep this increase as minimal as possible while continuing to maintain the performance, reliability, and support our customers expect from us.
We truly appreciate your continued support and understanding.
