Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing intermittent server shutdowns affecting some VPS services.

The issue is related to a failure affecting the data-center cooling infrastructure, combined with the ongoing extreme heat conditions in California. The unusually high ambient temperatures are placing additional stress on the affected cooling systems and server infrastructure.

As a result, some physical servers may automatically shut down or restart as a protective measure against excessive operating temperatures.

What Customers May Experience

  • Unexpected VPS shutdowns or reboots

  • Temporary service interruptions

  • Intermittent network connectivity

  • VPS services becoming temporarily unavailable while affected servers are being stabilized

 Current California Heat Conditions

The current heatwave is unusually severe for October. Recent reports indicate that Southern California is experiencing temperatures 15–22°F above normal, with some areas reaching or exceeding 100°F. The National Weather Service currently has extreme heat warnings in effect through Thursday, October 8, with some unusually warm conditions potentially continuing into the following week.

Current forecasts indicate that a significant cooldown is expected around the weekend, with temperatures potentially dropping substantially. However, conditions may remain warmer than normal for some time afterward.

⚠️ Important: Please Back Up Your Data

As a precaution, we strongly recommend backing up your important data whenever your VPS is online and accessible.

Please do not wait for a potential shutdown. If your VPS is currently online, we recommend backing up your:

  • Important files

  • Databases

  • VPS configurations

  • Websites and application data

  • Any other critical information

Our technical team is actively monitoring the situation and working to stabilize the affected infrastructure and minimize further interruptions.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this issue.

We will provide further updates as the situation develops.
